About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Lead a team focused on advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization
- Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate operational waste
- Build and maintain advanced simulation, flow, and capacity models for data-driven decisions
- Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments
- Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies
- Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience
- Ability to travel 25%
- Ability to work Monday-Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Systems thinking and advanced problem-solving
- Strong project leadership and cross-functional influence
- Data-driven decision-making
- Change management and stakeholder alignment
- Team leadership and coaching abilities

- Knowledge of DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, assembly feasibility, NPI industrialization, production layouts, material flow, Kaizen, and KPI development
- Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test
