About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support purchasing-related ERP configurations, workflows, master data governance, and enhancement initiatives
  • Maintain and govern purchasing-related item master data, including sourcing settings, replenishment methods, lead times, buyer assignments, supplier attributes, and planning policies
  • Analyze Purchase Order data, purchasing trends, supplier performance metrics, and procurement activities to identify process improvement and cost optimization opportunities
  • Support Material Requirements Planning and inventory replenishment through analysis of demand, supply, lead times, safety stock, and purchasing parameters
  • Develop ERP, Power BI, and GCP reports, dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights
  • Perform data validation and audits for supplier, item, purchasing, and planning data
  • Conduct root cause analysis and translate findings into corrective actions, system enhancements, and standardized processes
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and BT teams on business requirements and ERP enhancements
  • Support requirements gathering, testing, validation, deployment, training, and user adoption of ERP improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation for purchasing processes, ERP configurations, master data standards, and system enhancements
  • Monitor ERP-generated purchasing recommendations and identify automation, standardization, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement
  • 5–10 years of appropriate industry experience
  • 10–25% travel
  • Expertise in ERP systems, procurement processes, business intelligence, and data management technologies
  • Experience with Acumatica ERP
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Knowledge of Purchase Order activity, supplier performance, inventory planning, purchasing master data, and operational metrics
  • Ability to support Material Requirements Planning and inventory replenishment processes
  • Ability to perform data validation, audits, and root cause analysis
  • Ability to gather business requirements, document processes, test and validate enhancements, support deployment, and facilitate training and user adoption
  • Ability to work core business hours generally between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Ability to work occasional hours outside core business hours as required
  • Successful completion of a background and drug test
  • Employment eligibility subject to E-Verify requirements
