About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for delivery of commissioning services, including coordination and implementation of the Commissioning Plan.
Conducts Quality inspections to ensure processes and standards are being utilized effectively.
Participates in internal and external teams to refine job site Quality processes.
Provides guidance to field employees and management on job site Quality matters.
Conducts coaching and development of employees related to audits and novel work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED.
10 plus years of field experience, including not less than 5 years of successful experience as a project superintendent.
Journeyman's or Master’s License is required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, accommodating customer demands.
