About the role
- Task Item Analysis (TIA) and Project Status Report (PSR) development, tracking, and strategies
- Applies detailing and prefabrication strategies to the design during the preconstruction process
- Leads, assists and works with estimating team members in the development of project budgets and cost alternatives
- Supports the Preconstruction Manager by developing and providing design, budgeting, and model coordination support
- Keeps Preconstruction manager abreast to changes and modifications
- Provides support to field personal during the construction process
- Supports project team during project pursuits and Request for Proposal (RFP) process
- Creates and documents value engineering solutions
- Assists and works with the assigned engineering team in the development of designs
Requirements
- Technical Associates or Bachelors degree
- Any appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by management
- Renewable Energy Market and 1 year of construction estimating experience desired
- On site construction experience a plus
