About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and optimize field construction activities across the company’s EPC portfolio.
Guide individual site leadership personnel to deliver projects safely and on schedule.
Ensure alignment with engineering, procurement, and project management.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local building codes.
Assist in construction estimates and coordination of large field projects.
Monitor productivity and implement improvements where needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
Journeyman or Master Electrician License
Construction Management Degree, or equivalent field experience
15+ years of field experience, including 10 years as a project superintendent
Proven experience leading a team for an EPC company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ACC, Bluebeam, Accubid preferred
Must be able to lead and manage teams effectively.
