About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Lead a team focusing on advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization initiatives.
  • Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste across operations.
  • Build and maintain advanced simulation, flow, and capacity models to support data-driven decisions.
  • Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments.
  • Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies.
  • Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
