EPC Field Operations Leader

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and optimize field construction activities and industrialized construction initiatives
- Ensure each project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Guide individual site leadership personnel
- Establish, support and enforce standardized construction methods, field procedures, and best practices
- Assist in construction estimates and coordination of large field projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Construction Management Degree, or equivalent field experience
- 15+ years of field experience, including not less than 10 years as a project superintendent
- Proven experience leading a team of superintendents and labor for an EPC company
