About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and adjust electrical equipment
Provide documentation, including test reports and service summary to customer
Instruct customers and personnel on operation and maintenance of equipment
Perform warranty work and start-up service
Construct and test circuits and equipment
Provide technical support and training to customers and service representatives
Analyze complex problems in equipment and machinery and consult with technical specialists

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completion of an electrical apprenticeship (8,000 hours) or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Military experience within Navy Nuclear Electronic Technicians and Electrician’s Mate
Electrical start-up and testing experience (circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, capacitor banks)
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language
Travel: 50%
