Manufacturing Engineer – Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for ensuring key engineering duties are fulfilled for the area they support
- Answer technical questions and propose budgets for projects
- Provide guidance and leadership to their team
- Conduct formal performance evaluations
- Manage the CAPEX process for Excellerate
- Prepare proposals and cost estimates for Engineering
- Study technical drawings and electrical specifications to ensure compliance
- Support manufacturing by designing Jigs or fixtures needed for production
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
- Five or more years of related Industrial Engineering experience
- Prior exposure managing a team
- Completing multi-variable work measurements
- Developing labor standards
- Process improvement initiatives
- Network optimization projects within a distribution center environment
