About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborating across teams and leadership to drive growth and profitability
- Gathering and analyzing voice-of-the-customer (VOC)
- Developing a compelling product roadmap
- Launching new offerings into the market
- Leading cross-functional teams
- Ensuring connectivity, sensors, and data architecture are designed into products at conception
- Conducting focused market research to identify needs in the market
- Creating and managing Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for each product in development
- Developing monetization strategies for digital offerings
- Monitoring product performance, VOC feedback, and sales data
- Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology, Business, Computer Science or Marketing
- 8+ years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years in software, digital, or connected-product management, preferably for products tied to physical hardware (IoT, industrial, energy, building systems, automotive)
- Experience with IoT/connected product architectures, telemetry pipelines, customer-facing software (web/mobile/dashboards), and SaaS business models (ARR, attach rate, churn) is highly desirable
