About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead procurement operations and sourcing requirements for Excellerate Engineer to Order (ETO) Business.
- Collaborate between cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, project management, operations, finance, and leadership.
- Develop standard processes and systems to reduce costs, eliminate waste, and minimize risk.
- Establish key metrics for organizational effectiveness and align sourcing processes to category strategies.
- Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers for value services and on-time delivery.
- Assist with the development of project procurement strategies and resources.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 8-12 years of experience in sourcing & purchasing in the manufacturing and construction industry.
- Travel: 35-50%
- Ability to work flexible hours between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday.
- Skills in collaborative team environments, procurement and supply chain management, project management, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
