Product Marketing Operations Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and maintain the Product Marketing operating rhythm aligning product development process with review cycles
- Document and continuously improve Product Marketing processes, playbooks, and governance standards
- Support consistent adoption of tools and workflows across the Product Marketing team
- Reinforce single-source-of-truth behaviors by defining how product marketing information is created, stored, and used
- Create and maintain core Product Marketing deliverables that document how products work and customer value
- Synthesize inputs into structured insights informing messaging and Product Marketing discussions
- Help design and operationalize AI-powered workflows and internal tools across Product Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field
- 1+ years of experience building, configuring, or learning to build AI-powered workflows, automations, internal tools or agents to improve systems and workflows
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
- No sponsorship of employment Visa except for TN1 Visa (Canadian)
