About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides overall management to the project document control requirements
- Oversees the development and maintenance of project document system in accordance with client requirements
- Manages, maintains, and organizes project Quality and Commissioning document filing structure
- Coordinates the flow of documents between project Preconstruction Managers, engineering, Quality and Commissioning, field construction team, and other departments
- Maintains document control standards including version control
- Assists in the creation of process documentation with the assistance of process and site subject matter experts
- Proofreads newly created documents for grammatical errors and proper formatting
- Engages in all aspects of process improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- A high school diploma or GED or An Associates Degree
- Three to five years of administrative experience
- Five years of administrative experience or three years field experience in construction trades
- Ability to read and comprehend project specifications, submittals, and construction drawings
- Travel: Up to 25%
