Key responsibilities & impact

Develop integration strategy and execution plan for the FTI Productivity Advantage Program
Lead and manage transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the VP of Operations
Drive efficiencies by optimizing people, processes, and profitability through KPIs and Lean Construction practices
Provide clear direction, feedback, and accountability across cross-functional teams
Directs the initiation, coordination, and tracking of projects for assignment across the team
Champion company culture and productivity initiatives, ensuring compliance with operational standards
Collaborate on developing dashboards to track performance metrics and promote a high-performance culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related business field
MBA is preferred
7 or more years of experience in construction operations, strategy, or consulting
5 or more years of business leadership experience
Travel: 25-50%
