About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive operational efficiencies, provide leadership and collaboration across teams, and oversee key strategic initiatives
  • Develop integration strategy and execution plan for the FTI Productivity Advantage Program
  • Lead transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with the VP of Operations
  • Drive efficiencies by optimizing people, processes, and profitability through KPIs and Lean Construction practices
  • Foster collaboration across teams and integrate them into productivity strategies
  • Direct the initiation, coordination, and tracking of projects across the team
  • Champion company culture and productivity initiatives, ensuring compliance with operational standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related business field
  • MBA is preferred
  • 7 or more years of experience in construction operations, strategy, or consulting
  • 5 or more years of business leadership experience
  • 25-50% travel required
  • Ability to work between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday, with flexibility to work any time on any day to meet business needs
