About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) by designing and implementing manufacturing tooling
  • Specify and install production equipment
  • Develop fabrication and weld processes
  • Work hands-on with the shop floor to ensure new products are launched safely, on time, and at target cost and quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering or related hands-on manufacturing experience
  • Involvement in tooling/fixturing design or fab and weld is a plus
  • Up to 25% travel
