Key responsibilities & impact

Conducts Quality inspections to ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes are being utilized effectively and safely
Participates in various cross-functional teams to develop and refine organizational processes
Provides statistical information and analyses to the Commissioning Manager
Provides guidance to field employees and project supervisors on job site Quality
Conducts job site coaching and development of employees
Performs Project Expectations Review with project leadership and provides feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
10 plus years of field experience
Successful experience as a project superintendent for not less than 5 years
Journeyman's or Master’s License is required
Ability to work a flexible schedule
