Key responsibilities & impact

Managing a manpower pool of 20-40 team members
Overseeing 4-6 workforce managers
Ensure current and future workforce needs are met
Develop improvements to current processes
Acts as a coach and developer of talent
Improves the overall quality of field team members
Optimize recruiting and selection
Provide feedback and coaching at management and team member levels
Create and develop positive community relationships
Oversee team members’ and workforce managers’ performance evaluation processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

A high school diploma or GED
2-4 years progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field
An Associate's degree
6 months-1 year progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field
Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
