About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for translating operational needs into logistical actions
  • Mitigating risks and ensuring data integrity throughout the supply chain
  • Coordinate the inbound and outbound flow of goods, materials, and equipment
  • Partner with transportation providers to schedule shipments
  • Monitor real-time tracking of shipments and proactively communicate progress
  • Collaborate with departments to align logistics with operational needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments
  • Prepare detailed reports for management regarding shipping performance
  • Troubleshoot logistics issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of various transportation modes, including LTL, FTL, and parcel
  • Expertise in shipping documentation and logistics processes
  • Proficient in logistics or ERP systems
  • Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) considered a plus
