Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the development and implementation of a strategic procurement strategy
Partnering with key stakeholders across the business
Developing and implementing comprehensive category strategies
Updating market intelligence on key suppliers and market solutions
Developing, leading, assessing, and executing purchasing strategies
Negotiating corporate programs with strategic suppliers
Participating in cost reduction activities
Supporting internal quarterly vendor reviews
Analyzing key sourcing KPI's, spend data, and vendor performance scores

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years in a strategic sourcing role
Proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
Strategic sourcing experience
Knowledge of the electrical construction trade is beneficial, but not required.
