About the role

  • Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Lead a team focused on advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization initiatives
  • Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments
  • Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience
  • Strong project leadership with cross-functional influence
  • Skilled in change management and stakeholder alignment
  • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints
  • Ability to develop advanced simulation, flow, and capacity models
