About the role
- Managing a manpower pool of 20-40 team members
- Overseeing 4-6 workforce managers
- Ensuring current and future workforce needs are met
- Developing improvements to current processes
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Providing feedback and coaching at the management and team member levels
- Partnering with Talent & Operation teams to optimize recruiting and selection
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field or
- An Associate's degree
- 6 months-1 year progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
