  • Managing a manpower pool of 20-40 team members
  • Overseeing 4-6 workforce managers
  • Ensuring current and future workforce needs are met
  • Developing improvements to current processes
  • Coaching and mentoring team members

  • Partnering with Talent & Operation teams to optimize recruiting and selection

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field or
  • An Associate's degree
  • 6 months-1 year progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
