About the role
- Assist in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Participate in pre-bid meetings
- Generate and distribute meeting minutes
- Keep all stakeholders informed of changes and modifications made throughout the construction process
- Provide support to field personnel during construction, ensuring design intent is accurately translated to the field
- Attend site meetings and visits to document existing conditions
- Assist and collaborate with the engineering team in developing designs to meet project goals
- Support MEP coordination with other trade contractors
- Aid in the construction as-built and documentation process
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma, Technical Associate, or a related experience
- Some previous experience in construction or internships is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of construction programs like Bluebeam studio, AutoCAD, and Revit are beneficial but not required
- Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
