About the role
- Establish and maintain quality standards for all Virtual Design and Construction deliverables
- Build and manage the QA and QC framework for the department
- Lead the development of standardized processes, ensuring consistent model and documentation quality across all projects
- Support day to day execution while retaining ownership of VDC quality systems, audits, controls, and cross functional alignment
- Potentially lead a small team and develop specialized QA and QC capabilities as the QA and QC program matures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in VDC, BIM, or technical coordination experience
- Expert understanding of VDC tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Guardian, and ACC
- Experience building or managing QA and QC programs in construction or engineering
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability with high attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and ability to influence cross functional groups
- Ability to travel 10-20%
