About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Facilities Coordinator, supporting administrative routines and area controls.
  • Manage the corporate travel process via the travel platform, providing user support and monitoring operational indicators.
  • Register and update suppliers in corporate systems, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of information and required documentation.
  • Support the administrative management of contracts under the Facilities area.
  • Monitor area indicators and dashboards, contributing to the oversight of Facilities, Fleet and Travel services.
  • Prepare management reports, presentations and monitoring controls for the area.
  • Perform budgetary controls, tracking expenses, entries and management information.
  • Support audit, compliance and internal control processes, ensuring adherence to the company’s policies, standards and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with governance guidelines, segregation of duties and internal controls applicable to the area’s processes.
  • Support ticket/service request management and other administrative routines for Facilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel;
  • Analytical, organized and control-oriented profile;
  • Experience with supplier/vendor registration;
  • Knowledge and experience in administrative processes focused on compliance, controls and governance;
  • Knowledge of the Argo platform;
  • Experience with Power BI or monitoring management indicators;
  • Experience with Fleet or Corporate Travel.
