About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns;
Monitor and control schedules, requests and deliverables for the marketing team;
Assist in creating and updating institutional and promotional communication materials;
Help manage content for digital channels, social media, email marketing and the company website;
Track campaign performance indicators and prepare basic results reports;
Support the organization of events, promotional activities and customer relationship initiatives;
Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal departments to align requests;
Support branding activities, product launches and brand strengthening initiatives;
Contribute to market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring;
Assist in managing promotional materials and corporate giveaways;
Keep marketing controls, presentations and documents up to date.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
Previous experience (internship or professional) in Marketing, Communications or related areas;
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media and content production;
Familiarity with presentation tools, spreadsheets and project management tools;
Basic understanding of data analysis and monitoring of marketing indicators (KPIs);
Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
Collaborative, proactive profile with a desire to learn and grow in the area;
Experience with email marketing platforms is considered a plus.
