About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns;
Monitor and manage schedules, requests and deliverables for the department;
Assist in the creation and updating of corporate and promotional communication materials;
Support content management for digital channels, social media, email marketing and website;
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare basic results reports;
Assist in organizing events, promotional activities and customer relationship initiatives;
Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal teams to align requirements;
Support branding initiatives, product launches and brand strengthening activities;
Contribute to market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring;
Help manage promotional materials and corporate giveaways;
Keep marketing controls, presentations and documents up to date.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism/Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
Previous experience (internship or professional) in Marketing, Communications or related areas;
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media and content creation;
Familiarity with presentation tools, spreadsheets and project management tools;
Basic understanding of data analysis and tracking marketing KPIs;
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks;
Collaborative, proactive profile with a desire to learn and develop in the field;
Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus.
