About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support data collection, organization, and analysis;
Update spreadsheets and information databases;
Create and review executive presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides);
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance indicators;
Assist the team in preparing materials for meetings and projects;
Ensure visual clarity, standardization, and quality of the information presented.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
Ability to assemble clear, organized, and visually effective presentations;
Basic knowledge of data analysis and performance indicators;
Good written communication and attention to detail.
Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other BI tools;
Familiarity with charts, data storytelling, and management reports;
Basic knowledge of SQL or Python;
Analytical and organized profile.
Organizational skills and a sense of prioritization;
Proactive and eager to learn;
Analytical capacity;
Teamwork and good communication.
