About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help implement the commercial strategy by translating it into practical, actionable tasks
Organize and monitor the commercial calendar of campaigns, activations, and initiatives
Coordinate the execution of actions with the involved areas (e.g., marketing, sales team, operations)
Track deadlines, statuses, and critical issues for initiatives
Support the manager in the day-to-day commercial execution
Consolidate monitoring and simple reports on the progress of actions
Ensure organization, alignment, and consistency in execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Academic background: Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Education, or related fields);
Experience in commercial execution, marketing, or go-to-market (GTM) environments
Experience organizing and tracking initiatives, campaigns, or commercial projects
Familiarity with project management and organization tools such as Monday, Asana, Trello, or similar
Intermediate skills in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint / Google Slides
Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and deadline tracking
Clear communication to interact with different teams and organizational levels
Hands-on, results-oriented profile focused on making things happen
