About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with business areas, ensuring alignment between area requests and the team's deliveries.
Lead and support processes related to your area of responsibility, from diagnosis through execution and result tracking.
Conduct analyses, gather information, and refine requests, ensuring clear scope, priorities, and deadlines.
Support decision-making through data, metrics, and consistent analyses.
Interact with diverse stakeholders, maintaining clear, objective, and collaborative communication.
Propose continuous improvements to processes, routines, and ways of working.
Ensure organization, monitoring, and documentation of the activities under your responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a field related to the position (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering, Economics, or similar).
Prior experience commensurate with the role and seniority level of the position.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with frequent use of Excel/Sheets and presentation tools.
Experience in information analysis, organizing requests, and tracking activities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with different departments and hierarchical levels.
Proactive and organized profile, with a strong sense of priorities and responsibility.
