About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on commercial and strategic roles as well as operational and administrative positions.
  • Ensure quality and speed throughout the recruitment process, even in high-demand scenarios.
  • Build close relationships with hiring managers to understand the desired technical and behavioral profile for each role.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare structured evaluation reports.
  • Demonstrate a flexible, adaptable profile according to role types (operational, strategic), including administering assessments and supporting administrative routines such as pre-employment medical exams, offer letters, and internal inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection across all hierarchical levels;
  • Experience working in high-volume recruitment environments;
  • Experience recruiting for commercial (sales/business) roles;
