Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Responsible for its performance, service quality, team, and financial results.
Work closely with senior leadership to set and carry out operational goals.
Drive the sales team daily to reach their quotas and performance goals.
Oversee daily workflow of the branch and make adjustments as necessary.
Conduct daily team meetings and weekly branch meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Formal leadership training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with FieldHub.
Proficient with HubSpot.
