Senior Market Planning Analyst
Fruki BebidasSenior Market Planning Analyst responsible for sales volume and pricing strategies at Fruki Bebidas. Collaborating with sales team and preparing annual budget aligned with company directives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and adjust forecasted demand for overall sales volume, making corrections as needed to ensure higher accuracy of projections.
- Actively participate in the monthly S&OP and S&OE cycles (Sales & Operations Planning and Sales & Operations Execution), reviewing demand, consolidating presentation materials and leading presentations in operational and executive meetings.
- Ensure the accuracy of demand planning by continuously improving the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error), the company’s main demand performance indicator.
- Create and cascade monthly targets to the sales team.
- Participate in preparing the annual budget for volumes and prices, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of the 10-year strategic plan, including volume and price projections.
- Maintain and manage the area’s BI (Business Intelligence) up to date, ensuring availability of strategic information to support business decisions.
- Prepare volume proposals for new launches using well-defined criteria, align with relevant areas and present them for validation in management meetings.
- Understand the price increase process, including its stages, criteria and approval flows.
- Understand the Pede Fruki process, including its operation, flows and guidelines to support area initiatives.
- Understand the company’s pricing strategy, its guidelines and objectives to support profitability and company growth.
- Know the process for registering price tables, tiered pricing, bundles and promotional campaigns in the company’s platforms.
- Understand the company’s pricing and discount rules and policies.
- Have knowledge of Fruki product margins and costs, understanding their variations and impacts on portfolio profitability.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence, with the ability to recognize and manage one’s own emotions, handle pressure and interact with different stakeholders while maintaining a balanced, collaborative and solution-oriented demeanor.
- Perform other activities within the area of responsibility in accordance with company rules and policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Economics or related fields (completed).
- Previous experience in the role.
- Advanced Excel skills; a skills test will be administered.
- Experience with analytics tools; Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of Scanntech, TOTVS and Mercanet is a plus.
- Analytical profile, with ability to concentrate, organized, open to learning and developing the area’s demands.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:45 PM to 5:33 PM, with a 1 hour 15 minute break.
