Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, in a related field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to independently identify program issues and develop the appropriate solution, typically requiring at least 2 years of experience
Strong understanding of software development principles, programming concepts, best practices, and development methodologies
Demonstrated strong experience with Java and SQL
Experience designing and building scalable enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using unit and integration testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito
Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying RESTful microservices, including API design, Spring Security, JWT/OAuth2 authentication, service-to-service communication, and event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across application, infrastructure, and system layers
Knowledge of resilient microservice patterns such as Circuit Breaker, Retry, Timeout, and Bulkhead to ensure system reliability and fault tolerance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
