About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead client projects and coordinate consultant and associate teams to develop strategies with clients
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships as a trusted business advisor to mid-management clients
  • Manage project modules across strategy consulting engagements in industrial technology, manufacturing, and electronics-led sectors
  • Plan and conduct secondary research, primary interviews, market assessments, competitive benchmarking, customer analysis, opportunity evaluation, and market sizing
  • Break down business problems into workstreams and support practical client recommendations
  • Translate research into slides, charts, tables, written summaries, and presentation-ready storylines
  • Own assigned workstreams, coordinate internal team members and external experts, track timelines, and deliver modules on time
  • Participate in client discussions, update meetings, and interviews
  • Guide junior analysts, review work, and contribute to knowledge-building, thought leadership, and sector content
  • Lead proposals, address client requirements, support negotiation, and bring opportunities to closure
  • Support marketing and leaders with Thought Leadership content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant university degree (BA, BS) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or technology
  • 7–8 years of analyst/consulting experience within a consulting and/or advisory services business environment
  • Experience or strong interest in industrial technology and electronics-led manufacturing ecosystems
  • Exposure to industrial automation, electronics manufacturing, EMS/ODM, semiconductors, electrical and electronic components, advanced manufacturing, industrial equipment, factory automation, or manufacturing value chains
  • Ability to research and write coherent, evidence-backed English content
  • Foundational understanding of manufacturing, industrial, and process industries
  • Ability to network, create new relationships, and proactively manage client relationships
  • Analytical thought process with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Business-level fluency in English
  • Ability or willingness to develop public presentation skills
  • Confidence presenting and defending analysis professionally
  • Ability to plan qualitative, quantitative, and empirical research
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes
  • Ability to suggest innovative, pragmatic solutions and exercise good judgment
  • Advanced skills and maturity across tools and applications for project delivery
  • Ability to engage senior client stakeholders and conduct solutioning and domain-centric discussions
  • Ability to generate client buy-in and acceptance
  • Ability to coach, train, and assist team members
  • Ability to create project management plans, distribute work, track delivery, and perform quality control
  • Ability to plan timelines and ensure on-time delivery
  • Ability to lead client presentations and speak at industry events or tradeshows
  • Ability to develop proposals using logical, robust frameworks and clear storyboards
  • Ability to address client queries and explain proposed methodology
