About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead multiple client projects (2-4), taking primary responsibility for complex engagements.
- Ensure the highest quality of work and deliverables across projects.
- Act as a trusted business advisor in senior management discussions.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their growth and development.
- Specialise in 2-3 areas of functional skills within Industrial or Energy domain.
- Provide inputs on improving existing project delivery tools and frameworks.
- Create approaches and frameworks for client projects and guide team members.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance of outcomes for deliverables.
- Facilitate Growth Pipeline Dialogs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A relevant university degree (BA, BS) in Engineering or technology.
- A postgraduate degree (Master’s or PhD) is highly regarded and considered an advantage
- 6 – 9 years of Industry + analyst/consulting working experience within a Consulting and/or Advisory services business environment.
- A foundational understanding of the Industrial, manufacturing, energy or environment sector, such as industry structure, operational practices, and competitive landscapes.
- An analytical thought process, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and business level fluency in English.
