• Foster a work environment that reflects Frost Brown Todd’s culture
• Maintain a regular physical presence in the office during business hours
• Organize office events, recognition activities, and other initiatives
• Oversee the allocation of legal assistant workloads
• Proactively adjust staffing as needed
• Regularly collaborate with the office management team
• Oversee the recruitment process for new team members
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs
• Provide continuous coaching and mentorship to direct reports
• Review and approve timesheets for direct reports
• Work with the Facilities Manager regarding space planning and design of the office
• Serve as the primary liaison with the building property manager
• Oversee the preparation and setup of offices and workstations
• Ensure the general upkeep of shared office facilities
• Manage ordering and inventory of office supplies
• Prepare and manage the office’s operational budget
• Coordinate with the firm’s accounting department to make client deposits
• Reconcile the office’s credit card statement each month
• Review all vendor invoices for accuracy and submit invoices to the accounting department
