ONSITE OPPORTUNITY This role is required to be full-time in office in Eugene, Oregon. As a result, only candidates in Eugene or surrounding municipalities should apply. POSITION OVERVIEW We’re seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our lean, fast-moving Product team. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences across both web and mobile applications. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate customer insights into elegant, effective designs. At iHomefinder, we’re customer-led, not customer-driven—you’ll balance user needs with business goals to design experiences that drive adoption, retention, and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to move quickly from concept to delivery using modern design tools and workflows.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred. 5+ years of experience designing for both web and mobile applications in a product-focused environment. Expertise with Figma and other contemporary design/prototyping tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, from research and ideation to final visual design. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design best practices. Experience conducting and applying insights from user research and usability testing. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team environment.
