About the role
- Administer and maintain FPG’s Salesforce environment, including user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and security controls
- Support Salesforce automation through Flows, validation rules, and declarative tools to streamline sales and operational processes
- Assist with the configuration and ongoing use of Einstein for Sales, including activity capture, predictive insights, and AI-driven recommendations
- Support Agentforce and sales productivity tools to improve rep efficiency, lead follow-up, and pipeline management
- Manage integrations with third-party tools, including Salesloft, ensuring clean data flow and reliable system performance
- Manage and maintain sales and marketing target lists, lead routing, and assignment logic for business development teams
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into Salesforce solutions
- Support Salesforce release updates, testing new features and ensuring minimal disruption to users
- Lead CRM onboarding by developing training materials, supporting data migrations, and providing day-to-day user support
- Create and maintain clear documentation for Salesforce processes, automations, configurations, and integrations
- Troubleshoot system issues and support ongoing optimization of Salesforce functionality
- Take on special projects as needed, including reporting improvements and process enhancements
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective, sustainable solutions
- Proactively identify inefficiencies, gaps, or data issues within Salesforce and recommend improvements
- Support ongoing optimization of Salesforce functionality by evaluating problems from both a technical and business-process perspective
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or CRM Administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM processes, data structures, security, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools, including Flows
- Exposure to or interest in Einstein for Sales or AI-driven Salesforce features (hands-on experience preferred, not required)
- Experience supporting sales teams and sales processes (lead management, pipeline, reporting)
- Experience working with sales engagement tools such as Salesloft
- Ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with non-technical users
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Proven ability to think critically about business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce tools
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
