  • Shape how Frontify shows up where it matters most — in the moments, markets, and conversations that drive real connection and commercial impact.
  • Sitting at the intersection of brand, demand, partnerships, and revenue, turn company priorities into meaningful market activations that build momentum across the US and beyond.
  • Translate strategy into programs that feel relevant, not repetitive — experiences that resonate with creative and marketing leaders while driving measurable pipeline impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ experience in field marketing, ecosystem marketing, partner marketing, or integrated marketing — ideally in a B2B SaaS or complex environment.
  • Managed experienced teams in the past, and enjoy fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Built programs that connect brand activity with measurable commercial outcomes, and you know how to prove it.
  • Comfortable partnering deeply with Sales teams and aligning marketing efforts to pipeline goals, account priorities, and revenue impact.
  • Understand Frontify’s core audience — brand, creative, and marketing leaders — and know how to engage them with relevant, high-impact programs.
  • Think strategically but stay close to execution, knowing that great ideas only matter if they land in-market.
  • Confident operating across multiple regions, with the ability to focus effort where it drives the most impact.
  • Bring strong cross-functional instincts and enjoy connecting the dots across teams to create something bigger than the sum of its parts.
  • Motivated by building — from shaping new approaches to refining what works into scalable systems.
