About the role

  • Proactively build relationships with creative agencies that align with Frontify’s vision, ensuring they see the value in our platform.
  • Effectively showcase the value of Frontify through tailored presentations and demonstrations that align with agency needs and workflows.
  • Monitor, track, and optimize agency-driven opportunities to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Onboard new agency partners and empower them to confidently present, sell, and integrate Frontify’s offerings.
  • Consistently work toward sales targets and business goals, measuring success through partner engagement and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a combination of a sales/account management/creative agency role.
  • You bring a consultative sales approach and excel at building long-term, strategic partnerships that deliver sustained revenue growth.
  • You’ve worked closely with creative agencies and know what makes them tick.
  • You’re confident leading product demos and presenting to senior stakeholders—translating tech into tangible value for partners.
  • You’re driven and consistently follow through, from building pipeline to closing deals that align with business goals.
  • You work smart—using technology and automation to streamline workflows, measure impact, and hit KPIs.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms or similar tech products is a plus. You’re fluent in German and English.
