About the role
- Be a trusted advisor and revenue growth driver for valued clients
- Manage renewals and close expansion opportunities
- Build long-lasting relationships with high-potential enterprise accounts
- Conduct comprehensive account mapping and develop strategic plans
- Collaborate to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Leverage Salesforce for uncovering opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales and account management
- Proven track record in a quota-carrying role
- MarTech experience is a big plus
- Successful managing of high-value book of business
- Ability to generate and self-source own pipeline with strategic outreach
- Demonstrated success of delivering over $1m in annual expansion revenues
- Thrive in fast-paced environment, managing complex deals
- Experienced in strategic account planning and relationship management
- Well-versed in using Salesforce; Gong experience is a plus
- Strong grasp of methodologies like MEDDPICC
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
