About the role

  • Prepare electronic trial master files (eTMFs) for quality review
  • Enter Google Form incident information into Veeva Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
  • Assist with creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for an eQMS
  • Complete training assignments, as assigned by Frontier Science
  • Work with the Quality Assurance Department, assisting the COTS team with software testing and validation documentation preparation
  • Assist Quality Assurance (QA) department with organization of files

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Currently enrolled as a student at the University at Buffalo Biotechnology program with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
