Director of Account Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as primary point of contact and internal owner for an assigned portfolio of health care clients ensuring needs, priorities and risks are managed and clearly understood across all stakeholders.
- Monitor account performance and health, ensure accurate (customer relationship management) CRM documentation and tracking and internal and external stakeholder alignment to drive clear, actionable outcomes for clients.
- Lead new client implementations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and positioning clients for long-term success with Frontier Direct Care’s membership and services.
- Ensure client satisfaction by aligning Frontier solutions with customer needs to drive retention.
- Provide executive-level communications to clients and internal stakeholders including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), renewal discussions, strategic planning sessions etc.
- Lead within the account management function by demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to guide others through complex client needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of account management experience
- Healthcare, self-funded, ancillary benefits industry experience
- Experience driving impact in a metrics/KPI based environment
- Experienced in executive-level communications to clients and internal stakeholders including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), renewal discussions, strategic planning sessions
- New client onboarding experience
- Experience building and owning relationships with employee benefit brokers in an assigned book of business
- Experience mentoring and/or managing teams
- Ability to travel to client sites based on business need
