Territory Sales Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus on growing all channels with a clear focus on the employee benefit brokerage channel
- Engage with designated territories and channels
- Deliver qualified meetings and work with the Chief Commercial Officer across every aspect of the sales cycle
- Devise strategic plans, conceive and execute projects, conduct and deliver market research
- Open new broker offices and develop relationships with key employee benefit decision makers
- Continuously achieve weekly/monthly KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years' of sales experience
- Proven experience growing a book of business in an assigned territory
- Experience driving impact in a metrics/KPI based environment
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies
- Self-funded, ancillary benefits industry experience preferred
- Health care related experience preferred
- Experience building and owning relationships with employee benefit brokers in an assigned market
- Candidates should expect up to 40% travel for client meetings and other business-related purposes
