About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Focus on growing all channels with a clear focus on the employee benefit brokerage channel
  • Engage with designated territories and channels
  • Deliver qualified meetings and work with the Chief Commercial Officer across every aspect of the sales cycle
  • Devise strategic plans, conceive and execute projects, conduct and deliver market research
  • Open new broker offices and develop relationships with key employee benefit decision makers
  • Continuously achieve weekly/monthly KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years' of sales experience
  • Proven experience growing a book of business in an assigned territory
  • Experience driving impact in a metrics/KPI based environment
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies
  • Self-funded, ancillary benefits industry experience preferred
  • Health care related experience preferred
  • Experience building and owning relationships with employee benefit brokers in an assigned market
  • Candidates should expect up to 40% travel for client meetings and other business-related purposes
