About the role
- You lead the visual direction for e-commerce clients, primarily Amazon and global retail platform, ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand, conversion-optimised, and creatively excellent.
- You lead and develop a growing team of designers: give direction, foster craft, and create an environment where people do their best work.
- You develop initial concepts and elevate work — yours and others' — into high-quality, performance-driven visuals.
- You stay hands-on as a designer: You don't just direct - you design. You actively contribute to projects and set the quality bar through your own work.
- You collaborate with the Creative Director to translate business goals into creative strategy.
- You own brand consistency across all visual touch points for multiple client accounts.
- You present design strategies confidently to clients and act as a creative thought partner in the room.
- You bring a holistic perspective on visual communication, understanding how design and copy work together.
- You stay ahead of emerging tools — especially in the AI design space — and integrate them into the team's workflow.

- Strong portfolio: brand-led, performance-driven work
- Solid grasp of e-commerce design principles and conversion impact
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
