About the role
- End-to-end responsibility for MM processes in contract bottling
- Ensure consistent, clean, and auditable processes between contract bottlers and our SAP S/4HANA
- Control and stabilize system integration
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the integration chain: Bottler → BTP → SAP S/4HANA. This includes monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting interface errors (IDocs, APIs, mappings) and establishing stable monitoring and governance across the P2P landscape.
- Data quality, automation & process optimization
- Ensure consistent movement, consumption, and inventory data, working closely with Finance, SCM, Production, and DataHub. Identify and implement automation opportunities to sustainably stabilize supply chain processes.
- Change requests, ticket management and partner coordination
- Prioritize and manage MM and integration issues, coordinate external partners, and ensure functional, technical, and procedural changes are implemented consistently.
- Partner enablement
- Empower key users with clear documentation, process designs, and SOPs to build internal expertise.
Requirements
- Strong SAP MM expertise, including production, goods receipt, inventory, consumption, and pricing.
- Deep understanding of Purchase-to-Pay processes and the IT challenges in complex supply chains.
- Experience with contract bottlers, manufacturing partners, or FMCG production.
- In-depth knowledge of interface processes (IDoc, BTP Integration Suite, APIs).
- Understanding of master data logic, inventory management, quality, and deviation management.
- Structured and pragmatic approach to problem solving when technical issues occur.
- Communication skills: clear communication with bottlers and internal/external stakeholders. Basic German conversational skills are a plus.
- High ownership mindset: you maintain processes and data integrity, even under pressure.
