About the role

  • End-to-end responsibility for MM processes in contract bottling
  • Ensure consistent, clean, and auditable processes between contract bottlers and our SAP S/4HANA
  • Control and stabilize system integration
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the integration chain: Bottler → BTP → SAP S/4HANA. This includes monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting interface errors (IDocs, APIs, mappings) and establishing stable monitoring and governance across the P2P landscape.
  • Data quality, automation & process optimization
  • Ensure consistent movement, consumption, and inventory data, working closely with Finance, SCM, Production, and DataHub. Identify and implement automation opportunities to sustainably stabilize supply chain processes.
  • Change requests, ticket management and partner coordination
  • Prioritize and manage MM and integration issues, coordinate external partners, and ensure functional, technical, and procedural changes are implemented consistently.
  • Partner enablement
  • Empower key users with clear documentation, process designs, and SOPs to build internal expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong SAP MM expertise, including production, goods receipt, inventory, consumption, and pricing.
  • Deep understanding of Purchase-to-Pay processes and the IT challenges in complex supply chains.
  • Experience with contract bottlers, manufacturing partners, or FMCG production.
  • In-depth knowledge of interface processes (IDoc, BTP Integration Suite, APIs).
  • Understanding of master data logic, inventory management, quality, and deviation management.
  • Structured and pragmatic approach to problem solving when technical issues occur.
  • Communication skills: clear communication with bottlers and internal/external stakeholders. Basic German conversational skills are a plus.
  • High ownership mindset: you maintain processes and data integrity, even under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial: you take initiative and drive projects forward with a hands-on attitude.
  • Community-oriented: you enjoy connecting people and teams, think cross-functionally, and thrive in interface roles to foster team spirit and shared success.
  • Independent: you work autonomously, make decisive choices, and take full responsibility for your areas.
Benefits
