About the role

  • You ensure that fritz is present in the stores within your sales territory and that our product assortment becomes even more visible.
  • You help our retail partners present fritz attractively in their stores while always keeping your sales targets in focus.
  • For sustainable service, you regularly record your joint successes in our CRM tool.

Requirements

  • Whether behind the wheel of the fritz van or using your iPad between fridges and shelves – you are open-minded and enjoy a varied role that mixes hands-on activity with strategic thinking.
  • Entrepreneurial: You understand the motivations and language of grocery retail (LEH) and know how to link supply and demand profitably.
  • You organise your work and structure your working day independently – because no one does it better than you.
  • Passionate: Your enthusiasm and energy inspire others and motivate the people around you.
  • You are optimistic and highly self-motivated.
  • Community: You live in East Frisia and are eager to bring fritz-kola to your neighbourhood and help grow our regional fritz community.
