About the role

  • You will further develop our cloud architecture (Microsoft Azure) and ensure stable operations
  • You will work closely with our managed service partners and act not as a controller but as a sparring partner
  • You are part of the IT Operations team and take responsibility for business continuity and resilience
  • You will take care of end-user devices (laptops, iPads, iPhones, accessories) and ensure everything runs smoothly
  • You will also pitch in with user support tickets when urgent issues arise
  • You will drive complex topics such as Entra ID integrations between cloud tools
  • You will help us operate fritz securely and reliably through clear standards and pragmatic solutions

Requirements

  • A degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification is desirable
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and M365
  • Experience with Windows workstations and cloud services
  • Enjoyment of a mix of hands-on IT work and strategic development
  • Experience collaborating with managed service providers
  • Proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a desire to drive change
