About the role

  • Lead and facilitate a cross-functional team
  • Prioritize and evaluate competing requests and create and execute the roadmap based on agile product development frameworks
  • Define the product vision and team strategy
  • Lead role in the product discovery process
  • Analyze business requirements and conduct user and usability tests
  • Partner and stakeholder management (internal and external)
  • Performance monitoring and process optimization in product development
  • Track and continuously optimize released features
  • Work independently and mentor the team.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience building and managing a product backlog and prioritizing using objective, data-driven methods
  • Familiar with product discovery methods and experienced in user research
  • Experience with or a basic understanding of AI-based technologies is a significant advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and very fluent German and English language skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use them to develop business cases
  • Experience in insurance or banking is a plus but not required.
